This technique is a form of semi-permanent make-up, where through manual process pigment is implanted to the lips using a distill machine. Pigment will first fill fade away healing then reappear. Lip liner can be applied to give more definition, correct uneven lips, which will result in a fuller appearance. The procedure also helps prevent lipstick from bleeding and can minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Full lip color can be applied in either a natural hue or a more vivid one.
Aftercare & Healing schedule
- Day 1-2
Do nothing to your tattoo after the procedure. Ointment is applied to the area for you before you cleave the clinic. Hydro-gel is formulated to absorb excess blood, serous fluid and pigment: therefor no wiping is necessary.
You will notice: Color will appear and gradually fade.
- Day 2-7
Keep lips moist with vitamin E
You will notice: Lips will have chapped feeling for a few days and you may apply ice.
After care tips
- No swimming, saunas or jacuzzi for healing period of 7-9 days.
- Refrain from hot steamy showers or long baths for he healing period.
- When taking a shower keep your face away from the shower head.
- Before entering the shower or bath apply a layer of ointment to protect the lips from moisture.
- Do not pick peel or scratch the area as this could cause scarring and removal of color.
- Refrain from touching your tattoo except for cleansing purposes or applying ointment.
- Avoid the following for 3 days: whitening tooth paste, teeth whiteners, spicy foods and beverages, lemon, salt and vinegar, coffee, wine.
- Touching the open skin with unwashed hands and fingers can easily cause a secondary infection.

How long does permanent makeup last?
Permanent makeup is not truly permanent. It will fade over time, factors such as shade of pigmentation used, skin tone, overall health and skin care will determine fading results. Strict adherence to after care instructions and sunscreen must be used. A followup visit is necessary to implant pigmentation for longest lasting results.
Will the pigment used change color or fade at all?
Colors will soften and fade over time.
When should a follow up be scheduled?
Two appointments three-five weeks apart.
Is the procedure painful?
No. Topical numbing cream is used for all procedures and has absolutely no adverse effects on final results.
How will I look immediately after the procedure?
Lips will be slightly swollen.
